When applying our oil, it is suggested that you follow whatever instructions were provided by the original manufacturer of your row machine. However, if you do not care to look it up or have lost the manual, you can follow our general application guidelines. During each use, wipe the monorail with a non-abrasive pad or cloth, using soap/water as you see fit. Then, grab a paper towel and apply one teaspoon of rowing oil to it. Lubricate the chain by rubbing the paper towel along the length of the chain, and wipe away any excess oil. Repeat the application of rowing machine chain oil after every 50 hours of use, or weekly if used often.
